A Day for YOU or a weekend for YOU!...Why?

When was the last time you stopped doing for others and just played for you? 

Self-care is more than just a bubble bath or a massage. 

Self-care is taking care of YOU. 

This is your opportunity to do just that.


I created a Day for YOU in my head after attending a wonderful retreat up north for years that came to an end as lives changed. I wanted to continue to build community in my own area, and share information, experiences, joy and rejuvenation with other women. When I found Jericho House, I was home.  


A Day for YOU is a one day experience of community building, learning, restoring, moving, and good food in a wonderful location with woods, a quarry and warm and toasty retreat centre. It is a day for you to take time for your needs. Perhaps you need to journal, or walk the labyrinth, or nap. The general outline of a day starts with movement, followed by learning, lunch with short practitioner sessions available, another learning opportunity, and finishing with a sound bath/restorative yoga practice. Although there is a schedule, the goal is for you to come away rejuvenated with a nugget or 2 of new learning and perhaps a new friend. New for October is the option to make dinner together and take it home to eat.


A Weekend for YOU extends the Day for YOU experience from Friday night to Sunday afternoon with single or shared accommodations, meals and snacks, movement, longer practitioner sessions, outdoor opportunities, learning, gatherings, and more! Come with a friend or on your own and make new friends while you are here.
