Flow of the Day:

8:30 - 8:45 am: Arrival and Registration

You are welcome to arrive at any point in this time frame. There will be muffins, scones, coffee, tea and juice to get you started.

8:45 - 9:30 am: Welcome message and Stone Soup with Beth

We will meet in the kitchen to slice and dice our contributions and set them simmering. According to the Stone Soup story, it was everyone's contributions that created an amazing soup. Don't forget your containers to take the yumminess home for dinner. If you are taking home for a large family, bring a couple of items for the soup. My apologies in advance for the smell of soup we will have to "endure" all day.

9:30 - 10:30 am: TranscenDance with Carolyn Fish

TranscenDance™ is a fun and liberating conscious dance modality for all ages and mobility levels, created by Jennifer Jimenez of the Brave Thinking Institute. In just one class, you can enhance your mental, emotional, and physical well-being through inspiring music, body positivity, and free-form movement. This practice combines breathwork, guided somatic movement, and personal reflection. More than just a dance class, it’s a powerful blend of mindfulness and movement designed to help you release tension, reconnect with your authentic self, and experience joy and freedom from within.

10:30 - 10:45 am: Stretch, Bathroom, and Water Break

10:45 - 11:45 am: Setting Guilt-free Boundaries with Jennifer Reimer

Most women don’t struggle with WHAT to say when setting a boundary. They struggle with what they will FEEL after they say it. Guilt. Anxiety. Fear of being seen as selfish, difficult or uncommitted.  And yet almost every conversation out there about boundaries focuses on the SCRIPT —how to say no, politely. In this session, we're going to focus on the emotions and limiting beliefs that stop you from saying 'no'. Self-reflection, journal prompts and my belief-busting process.

11:45 -1:45 pm: Lunch and time for YOU!

Lunch will be available at 11:30 am, and we will all eat together for the first 45 minutes..

The remaining hour and 15 minutes can be spent however you choose from the following:

- There are big comfy chairs for naps.

- There is an outdoor labyrinth that can be walked.

- There are trails in the forest and a quarry behind the retreat centre.

- You can journal.

- You can read.

- You can build new relationships.

- You can have a 20 minute session with a practitioner. (extra fee)

There will be three 20 minute time slots available for each practitioner. Please indicate your preference in priority order as there will be high demand. If you would like a second session, those requests may be accommodated after all have had an opportunity. Practitioner sessions are optional and are done on fully clothed participants.

The fee is $20 for 20 minutes. You can choose from harmonic tuning, massage, reiki and reflexology. Each practitioner will have 3 twenty minute sessions available with a 5 minute transition between clients.

This time is for YOU.

1:45 - 2:30 pm: Reflect and envision with Beth

Research shows the importance of putting our thoughts on paper; physically writing them with a pen or pencil. Beth will provide thoughtful questions to prompt you to reflect and envision in your new journal. Feel free to choose any location on the grounds to write.

2:30 - 2:45 pm: Stretch, Bathroom, and Water Break

2:45 - 3:45 pm: Yoga Nidra and Sound with Teresa

Your transformative journey will culminate in a rejuvenating restorative yoga session. Rest in comforting, supportive postures, and bask in the healing sound bath of the gong and soothing crystal harp, allowing the vibrations to gently integrate the day within your being. This fusion of restorative yoga and therapeutic sound will leave you feeling cocooned in a sense of comfort and self-love, ensuring a profound sense of connection and inner peace.
