The Power of Music workshop is a space for learning how to use music and its elements to enhance your quality of life. You will have an opportunity to discover your voice, your melody, and your rhythm, while receiving such needed support from the rest of the group. In a supportive environment, we will use our voices, and our bodies, to connect with ourselves and with the people around us.
